50ml / 2oz Havana Club 7 Year Old
3 Dashes Dr Adam Elmegirab’s Aphrodite Bitters
1 Dash Regan's Orange Bitters #6
1 White sugar cube
2 Thinly sliced wheels of lime

Method: Add sugar cube to glass and add a little water, lightly muddle and stir until dissolved. Place two wheels of lime on base of glass then add a few cubes of ice. Add rum and bitters then stir for a few seconds
Glass: Rocks
Garnish: Fresh grated nutmeg
Ice: Cubed
Notes: Short and spiritous

4 Dashes Dr Adam Elmegirab’s Aphrodite Bitters
25ml / 1oz Fresh lime
10ml / 0.5oz Sugar syrup
Dash Fresh Egg White

Method: Add all ingredients to mixing glass and dry shake for five seconds. Fill with cubed ice and shake hard for a further ten seconds. Fine strain.

Method: Add all ingredients to mixing glass, fill with cubed ice and stir for 15-20 seconds. Julep strain.

1 Barspoon caraway seeds
50ml / 2oz Drambuie
25ml / 1oz Bacardi 8 year old
1 Whole egg
2 Dashes Dr Adam Elmegirab’s Aphrodite Bitters
Barspoon sugar syrup
Grind Hawaiian red lava sea salt
Grind black pepper

Method: Muddle caraway seeds in base of mixing glass, add liquor and steep for 2 minutes. Add all other ingredients and dry shake for 5 seconds. Fill with ice and shake for a further 10 seconds. Fine strain.
Glass: Goblet
Garnish: Fresh grated nutmeg
Ice: None
Notes: Perfect for winter or after-dinner

75ml / 3oz Coconut milk
30ml / 1oz Greek yoghurt
25ml / 1oz Vanilla sugar syrup
25ml / 1oz Fresh lime juice
Pinch of saffron threads
Pinch of ground cardamom

Method: Add all ingredients to mixing glass and shake without ice to emulsify ingredients. Fill mixing glass with cubed ice. Shake until ice cold and fine strain.
